sale are being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty or guarantee
either given, expressed or implied. The buyer shall be responsible for any and
all costs of servicing or repairs, if any. The buyer shall further assume the
entire risk so far as quality, performance and safety are concerned. All Care,
custody and control shall be delivered to the buyer at the time the auction
company declares the buyer to be the successful bidder. Payment will be
accepted as CASH, AND YOUR PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECK. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. AUCTION ASSOCIATES INC. WILL HOLD ALL TITLES FOR SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS IF ITEM IS PAID FOR WITH
NON-GUARANTEED FUNDS. Photo ID required & photocopied is required to obtain
bidder’s number. Sales tax applies unless exempted by Department of Taxation.
Payment in full must be made the day of sale. List subject to change. This information
is believed to be correct however, neither the seller or Auction Company shall
be responsible for errors or omissions. Any and all announcements made shall
take precedence over this and all printed matter. Auction Associates reserves
the right to withdraw or refuse to issue a bidders number to anyone not abiding
by the rules as stated above. No exchanges, refunds or re-sales.

REMOVAL OF VEHICLES: All
vehicles must be removed by Oct 9th 3 pm or a $10 per day per unit storage fee will apply.

AUCTIONEERS NOTE: Trucks, cars and equipment being sold together at 10:00 a.m., With Misc. items will be sold after. List subject to change, as units will be accepted on a daily basis until inspection day. All items must be removed by Oct 9th at 3pm unless other arrangements have been made with Auction Associates, if you leave items, you leave them at your own risk, ALL ITEMS BECOME THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU ARE DECLARED THE BUYER ALONG WITH ALL CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL. Courtesy loading will be provided sale day until 4pm. The loading service is provided as a courtesy, we will not be responsible for any damage caused during loading. Loading Dock Available. NO SUNDAY LOADING.
