Settlement must be made before removing any items. Payment must be made in full by 4pm CST on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. All items must be paid for prior to their removal and must be removed by 5pm Wednesday October 13, if not there will be a $50.00 per item fee to move the items to the Ripon yard. AUCTIONEERS NOTE: Trucks, cars and equipment being sold together at 10:00 a.m., With Misc. items will be sold after. Lunch available by The Pickett Lions. List subject to change, as units will be accepted on a daily basis until inspection day. All items must be removed by Wednesday, October 13th at 5pm unless other arrangements have been made with Auction Associates, if you leave items, you leave them at your own risk, ALL ITEMS BECOME THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU ARE DECLARED THE BUYER ALONG WITH ALL CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL. Courtesy loading will be provided sale day until 1 hour after completion of sale. Items still at the sale site after Monday 5pm the October 13 will be disposed off unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. The loading service is provided as a courtesy. We will not be responsible for any damage caused during loading. NO SUNDAY LOADING.
