will be a 5% fee for online bidders. You will be emailed an invoice on Monday December
13th, along with the wire transfer instructions. Payment must be made in full
by 5pm Tuesday December 14th. All items must be paid for prior to their removal
and must be removed by 5pm Tuesday December 14, if not there will be a $50.00
per item fee to move the items to the Ripon yard.

where is, with NO warranty or guarantee either given, expressed or implied.
Positive photo identification required to obtain bidder’s number. Cash, certified
funds, or personal or business check accompanied with a bank letter of credit. NO
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Payment must be paid in full sale day. Not responsible

All Care, custody and control shall be delivered to the buyer at the time the auction company declares the buyer to be the successful bidder. Payment will be accepted as CASH, AND YOUR PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECK WITH A BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD, WE ONLY ACCEPT MASTER, VISA CREDIT CARDS & DEBIT CARDS. AUCTION ASSOCIATES WILL HOLD ALL TITLES FOR TEN BUSINESS DAYS IF ITEM IS PAID FOR WITH NON-GUARANTEED FUNDS. Photo ID required & photocopied is required to obtain bidder’s number. INSPECTION: Friday, December 10, 1 to 4 PM, this is a non-running inspection and no keys will be available.
REMOVAL OF VEHICLES: All vehicles must be removed by Monday, December 13th or they will be towed away at the owners expense.
AUCTION HELD INDOORS, RAIN OR SHINE, LUNCH WAGON AVAILABLE
AUCTIONEERS NOTE: Trucks, cars and equipment being sold together at 10:00 a.m., With Misc. items will be sold after. Lunch available by The Pickett Lions. List subject to change, as units will be accepted on a daily basis until inspection day. All items must be removed by Monday, December 13th at 5pm unless other arrangements have been made with Auction Associates, if you leave items, you leave them at your own risk, ALL ITEMS BECOME THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU ARE DECLARED THE BUYER ALONG WITH ALL CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL. Courtesy loading will be provided sale day until 1 hour after completion of sale. Items still at the sale site after Monday 5pm the June 28th will be disposed off unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. The loading service is provided as a courtesy. We will not be responsible for any damage caused during loading. NO SUNDAY LOADING.
