entire risk so far as quality, performance and safety are concerned. All Care,
custody and control shall be delivered to the buyer at the time the auction
company declares the buyer to be the successful bidder. Payment will be
accepted as CASH, AND YOUR PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECK WITH A BANK LETTER OF
GUARANTEE. IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD, WE ONLY ACCEPT MASTER, VISA

All items must be removed by Jan10th at 3pm unless other arrangements have been made with Auction Associates, if you leave items, you leave them at your own risk, ALL ITEMS BECOME THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU ARE DECLARED THE BUYER ALONG WITH ALL CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL. Courtesy loading will be provided sale day until 1 hour after completion of sale. The loading service is provided as a courtesy, we will not be responsible for any damage caused during loading.
